Why should you hire a professional photographer to take pictures of your property?

The simplest answer is: because it´s the best investment for your business. If you are selling or renting a property, your clients get the first impression by watching your pictures. Why can´t you take perfect photos with your cell phone? Because, first of all, it has some technical limitations. Professional photographer knows how to deal with difficult light condictions, different angles, knows when is the best moment to shoot, knows how to prepare the set and how to correct the images in post production.

A picture is worth a thousand words, so here there are some examples. All images were taken by me, those on the left with a mobile phone and on the right with a professional camera and were properly processed.
